Mrs. Joan O'Brien a longtime resident of the Carbon Valley passed away at the Drumheller Health Centre on April 18, 2017. Funeral services for Joan will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from the Carbon Community Church at 1:00 P.M., interment to follow in the Carbon Cemetery. Everyone is welcome to join the family for a time of fellowship and light refreshment at the Carbon Community Hall. Courtney-Winter's Funeral Homes are in care of the arrangements.
