Janet Adelle Harper of Drumheller, Alberta born on January 21, 1957, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2025 at the age of 67 years.
A life-long resident of the Drumheller Valley, Janet was born to Dave and Rose Harper and was predeceased by her father, Dave. She is survived by her mother, Rose, her brother Andrew (Brenda), her sister Cheryl (Joe), and numerous nieces and nephews.
Known to many as Jan, she will be remembered for her gentle nature, thoughtful presence, and her love of reading and cats, both of which brought her great comfort and joy throughout her life. In her earlier years, Jan loved to travel, and Australia held a special place in her heart. Jan will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends. There will not be any formal funeral service, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Drumheller and District Seniors Foundation.
