Timothy Owen Roberts

Timothy Owen Roberts of Drumheller passed away in Drumheller on January 20, 2022 at the age of 54 years.  He was born July 26, 1967 in Kitchener, Ontario Wayne and Bernice Roberts, he lived the majority of his life in the Drumheller valley.

Tim treasured friendships. He had a great sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. He was a great entertainer, had an uncanny ability to tell stories and loved to give speeches at any event. Tim was a dedicated volunteer in the community and took great pride in his work.

Tim was an avid bowler and won many awards throughout the years. He was a passionate fan of the Calgary Flames and WWE. He loved to ski, swim and cheer on his favorite sports teams. Tim had a strong Christian faith and often led groups in prayer and with the singing of Amazing Grace.

Tim had a deep love for music. He could be heard anywhere singing to his favorite tunes. He especially enjoyed playing his guitar during jam sessions with friends. Tim loved dancing and was excited to teach people new dance moves.

Tim was organized and was a stickler for having everything scheduled. He was constantly looking at his watch as he never wanted to be late. He thrived on routines. Tim rarely missed weekly gatherings at the Public library or Bingo at the Pioneer Center.   

Tim never wanted to live in one place for too long and had a constant desire to move where he could build new relationships.

Tim was predeceased by his Mom Bernice.  He leaves to mourn two brothers and their families, and numerous other family members.

There will be a private service held for Tim.  Courtney-Winter's Funeral Homes are in care of the arrangements.
