It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. Ralph Durran Harper of Drumheller on June 5, 2026, at the age of 66 years.
Ralph Harper was born in Toronto, Ontario on September 18, 1959.
Ralph touched the lives of many with his kind heart, gentle spirit and love for his family. In later years Ralph made the move to Drumheller, Alberta to be closer to his family following the passing of beloved Aunt Lynn. Ralph was predeceased by his Father Richard Harper, his Brother Rick Harper and his Aunt Lynn. He leaves behind his Mother Cynthia Harper, his Sister Cindy-Lee Bryant (Boots), his Nephew Dustin Bakker (Adale), his Niece Dale-Lee Dietrich (Joey) and his great Nephew Sutton Dietrich along with friends who will miss him dearly.
Ralph found joy in simple pleasures, he loved swimming, spending time with his cherished dog Winnie and making visits to the Public Library. He enjoyed a cold beer and a bucket of KFC, most of all Ralph loved being surrounded by family. He never needed anything extravagant, just the company of the people he loved.
Ralph’s presence brought comfort, laughter and warmth to those around him. Though our hearts ache in his absence, we take comfort in knowing that he is no longer suffering and is now at peace.
Ralph will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered and forever carried in our hearts.
