Lorraine Renn, a longtime resident of the Drumheller/Rosebud area went to be with her Lord & Saviour on October 25, 2020 at the age of 92 years.  She passed away at the Drumheller Health Centre/Continuing Care.

Lorraine was born November 15, 1927 at Hesketh, Alberta to Edwin & Ida Ziegler.  She along with her siblings were raised on the family farm.  Lorraine married William (Bill) Renn and together they farmed in Rosebud area and raised Bill’s daughter Maralyn.  After many years of farming the couple retired to Drumheller.

Lorraine was a faithful and devoted member of the Zion Baptist Church, she loved to do needle point and she enjoyed the game of golf.

Lorraine was predeceased by her parents Edwin & Ida, her loving husband Bill, her two brothers Clifford and Elmer, and sister Leah.

Lorraine leaves behind her daughter Maralyn, grandson Don Miller and his family, sisters Anita, Florence, brother Fred, numerous nieces, nephews, her dear friend Bobbi Kirby and many other family members.

A Graveside Service for the family was held Monday, November 2, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at the Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.  If friends so desire memorial donations may be made to the Zion Baptist Church.  Courtney-Winter’s Funeral Homes were in care of the arrangements.
