Larry DeLeeuw Obituary

Larry Arthur DeLeeuw of Drumheller, Alberta, beloved husband of Marion DeLeeuw, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2020 at the age of 65 years.

Larry was born in Hanna, Alberta where he went to school and grew up around 1976, Larry moved his family to Drumheller. He had several jobs but most knew him in the Valley as  Lucky Larry from his time working at the liquor store (Lucky Liquor).  Larry loved camping, hunting and fishing and also short trips to different cities.

Besides his loving wife Marion, Larry is survived by his sons, Michael DeLeeuw (wife Micheline, grandkids, Wesley, LeDawn, Ryan, Simone, Kylee, Tate, Brittney and 12 great grandkids); Jeff DeLeeuw (girlfriend Amanda), grandkids Ansley, Jeffery, Khiya and 3 great grandkids).  Larry is also survived by his brothers, Brad (Alice), Bill (Rose), Allan (Faye), Joe (Charlene), sisters, Lorette (Cal), Alice (John), Sheila (Lloyd), Jean, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and their families.

Larry was predeceased by his parents Art and Eleanor DeLeeuw, mother-in-law Ella Millard, grandparents Roy and Jean, brother-in-law Jim Clark, niece Renee DeLeeuw, nephew Brian Guest, great-grandchild Maia DeLeeuw.

Larry will be missed greatly by the people he touched over the years.

A loving husband/father/brother and friend-we all love you!  Rest in Peace.
