John William Storch of Drumheller, Alberta passed away suddenly on March 5, 2019 at the age of 65 years.
John was born on June 28, 1953 in Stettler, Alberta. He lived many places over the years, most notable in Calgary where he raised his family. He had many hobbies, including woodworking, playing golf, darts, reading and genealogy. His favourite pastime was music, where ever he lived, he found an audience to play his guitar and sing to. A special thank you to John’s nephew Mike Meller who was able to spend time and help through John’s diagnosis and final few months.
John was predeceased by his parents John and Eve, brothers Gordon and Ted.
John leaves to mourn one daughter Jaime, one son Ryan, grandchildren Morgan and Calvin, two sisters Diana and Debbie, one brother Jim and numerous nieces, nephews, and their families.
No funeral services will be held at this time. Memorial donations may be made to the Drumheller Area Health Foundation/Community Cancer Clinic. Courtney-Winter’s Funeral Homes were in care of the arrangements.
